摘要
分析了目前各种窃电方式及其窃电原理,对此,探讨了负荷管理系统双回路比较法在反窃电中的使用效果,即电力负荷管理系统在用户配电线路回路中(保护回路或仪表回路)安装交流采样装置,将采集的非计量回路电能量数据与计量回路采集的电能表数据进行比对,从而判断计量回路是否存在异常情况或用户有无窃电行为。
The paper analyzed all kinds of modes of electric larceny and the mechanism, and discussed the effects of application of double circuit comparison method of load management system to anti electric larceny, that is, AC sampling device is installed in the circuit (protective circuit or instrument circuit)of user power distribution line, comparing the data of electric energy captured in non - measurement circuit with the data of watt - hour meter captured in measurement circuit can estimate whether the measurement circuit is in normal or not, or the power user has a behavior of electric larceny or not.
