摘要
提出了餐饮业油烟气中醛类化合物的荧光测定方法。通过试验选择丙醇作为油烟气中醛类化合物的吸收剂。研究了Hantzsch反应在测定油烟气中醛类化合物时的反应条件。样品与荧光试剂等体积混合,在pH 6.0的体系中,57℃下反应15min。在λex=436nm、λem=504nm处测反应产物的荧光强度,从而确定油烟空气中的醛类化合物含量(以甲醛计)。吸收液的检出限为9.3×10^(-4)μg/mL测定范围为0.005~1.000μg/mL。
A fluorometric method for determination of aldehydes from restaurants' oil smoke was proposed. The conditions of Hantzsch reaction were studied. The same volumes of sample and fluorescene reagents were mixed in pH 6. 0 and reacted at the temperature of 57℃ for 15 minutes. Pranol was selected as the absorbent and the fluorescent intensity was measured at the excitation wavelength of 436 nm and the emission wavelength of 504 nm. The content of aldehydes (as formal aldehyde) was determined in the range of 0. 005~1. 000μg/mL in the absorption solutions, and the detection limit was 9.3×10-4μg/ml
