摘要
在0℃和10℃的低温胁迫条件下,研究了白三叶草SOD的活性P、OD的活性、电导率和MDA的含量。研究结果表明:随着胁迫温度的降低,SOD的活性P、OD的活性、电导率和丙二醛的含量都表现出了明显增加的趋势,表明白三叶草具有较强的抗寒能力。
In the conditions of 0 ℃ and 10 ℃ low temperature stress,Trifolium Repens Linn activity of SOD,activity of POD,electric conductivity and MDA content have been researched.The results show that with the decrease of the lower temperature stress,its activity of SOD,activity of POD,electric conductivity and MDA content have clearly shown an increase in the change trend.Trifolum Repnes Linn has excellent cold resistance.
