Comparative Study on Energy Laws and Regulations of Municipalities Directly Under the Central Government in China

能源对于城市的生存和发展具有重要意义,为此各直辖市均建立了相对完整的地方能源立法体系,但还需要进一步的完善,各直辖市立法应完全贯彻落实国家能源法律法规,适应本地能源实际需要,完善各地能源立法体系。

Energy is greatly significant for the city＇ s survival and development. Each municipality has set up a relatively complete system of energy legislation, but it is necessary to further improve this system. So various municipalities＇ legislation should fully implement the national energy laws and regulations, adapt to the actual needs of the local energy and improve the system of energy legislation.
