摘要
学校教育变革需要建设新型的教师队伍,需要重塑教师的角色理想。本文从探讨文化入手,提出了"文化人"的假设并阐释了其内涵。教师是人类文化的传承者、人类文化人才的培养者和人类文化的创造者,教师职业的这些特质使教师应以"文化人"为追求,实现教育的意义。具体来说,可以从对教师进行精神引领、合理的制度设计和提升自身创造力等方面帮助教师实现这种追求。
It is required to build a new-type of teaching staff and rebuild the ideal role of teacher in school reformation. From the prospect of culture, a hypothesis of cultural man is suggested and its elaboration is demonstrated. Teacher is a cultural commissioner, the trainer and creator. For those characters in teaching, teacher should pursue the identification of cultural man which helps fulfill the goal of education. To realize the plan, it is necessary to carry out the spiritual guidance, new regulation design and creativity enhancement.
