不同核成熟抑制剂对延边黄牛卵母细胞发育的影响

摘要 通过在卵母细胞成熟液中单独添加卵母细胞核成熟抑制剂——次黄嘌呤(hypoxanthine,HX)、异丁基甲基黄嘌呤(isobutylmethylxantihine,IBMX),研究其对卵母细胞卵丘扩散程度、极体形态以及后期发育的影响。结果表明:抑制剂(HX、IBMX)组卵母细胞卵丘扩散程度与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05),抑制剂组第一极体完整率显著高于对照组,但抑制剂组囊胚发育率与对照组相比差异不显著。最终结果提示,虽然HX和IBMX并未明显提高卵母细胞发育潜力,但仍为两种行之有效的核成熟抑制剂。
