目前,我国的失地农民问题已经逐步演变成一个社会性的严重问题,应该得到全社会的广泛关注。根据现行的各项制度,在给予失地农民补偿和安置方面尚且存在诸多问题。其中的突出问题是征地补偿标准过低、安置方式单一并且缺乏基本的社会保障。要很好地解决这些问题就一定要提高征地补偿标准、丰富征地补偿方式、建立农村社会保障制度。

At present, the problem of the landless farmers has gradually evolved into a serious social problem, which should arouse attention from people nationwide. According to the present system, many problems still exist in compensating and settling these farmers such as low compensation standard, simple way of settlement and the lack of basic social security. In order to sovle these problems, we have to raise compensation standard, find new ways of compensation and establish social security system.
