在新时期,如何将不断深化的道德教育理念与高校的教学实际密切结合,成为高校教育工作者普遍关注的焦点。要做到体现时代特点,改进和完善大学德育教育,教育者在观念上首先要做到由"他律"走向"自律"、由"封闭"走向开放、由"伟大"走向"平凡"的思想转变。

In the new era, how to combine moral education with teaching practice in college has drawn wide attention from college educators. In order to improve this education, educators＇ mentality should undergo changes from ＂other-principle＂ to ＂self-principle＂, ＂closeness＂ to ＂openness＂, ＂great＂ to ＂common＂.
