在我国高等教育大众化背景下,高等教育质量问题逐渐凸现。为推进教学改革、提高教学质量,高校教学团队建设越来越重要。从教学团队发展各个阶段的特点出发,对高校教学团队的建设策略进行相关探讨,以期对目前高校教学团队的建设起到一定参考作用。

With the coming of China mass higher education, the issues about the quality of higher education come into being gradually. Building teaching team in colleges plays a more and more important role in promoting the teaching reform and en- hancing the teaching quality. Based on the characteristics of teaching team in all stages, the strategies of college teaching team building are probed to provide reference for teaching team building in the current colleges.
