摘要
本文研究了钢铁材料生产过程中的生态环境问题,包括资源、能源、废弃物。定义了材料的泛环境函数及泛环境负荷。由此可以定量描述和度量钢铁材料对生态环境的影响程度。作为一个探索,研究了碳素钢的具体泛环境负荷及其与强度和塑性的关系。
ffects of metallurgical processes for iron and steel materials on the environment,involving resources, energy and wastes, were studied in this paper. Definitions of panenvironmental function and panenvironmental loadings of materials were given. The effect degree of iron and steel materials on the environment could be quantitatively described and measured. On the other hand, detailed panenvironmental loadings and their relationship to the strengths as well as plasticity of carbon steel were systematically analysed and studied. Finally, environmentally economical benefitcost of the materials was preliminarily analysed.
