平塘县农村老年人高血压流行病学调查

Epidemiologic investigation on hypertension of old people in countryside in Pingtang county

目的:了解老年人高血压患病现状,为农村地区高血压病的预防制定合理的预防措施。方法:对平塘县593名农村老年人进行分层整群抽样调查。结果:老年人高血压患病率为24.96%,男女间差别无显著性(P>0.05);体质指数、吸烟、职业、劳动强度、文化程度与高血压患病率均有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:高血压是影响农村老年人健康的主要疾病之一,对其高血压进行监测与干预,是当今农村卫生工作的一项迫切任务。

Objective ： To understand the current situation on suffering from hypertension of old people, work out a prevention measure on hypertension for countrysides. Methods： using the way of randomized sampiing, 593 old people have been investigated in countrysides in Pingtang county. Results： The prevalence rate of hypertension was 24.96 % on old people. Ther are no significant differece （P 〉 0. 05 ） in sex, but significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ） for these factor of physique index, somking, occupation, intensity of labour, level of education on hypertension of old people in countryside in Pingtang county. Conclusion： Hypertension is one of diseases affecting health to old people in countryside. It is very urgent thing to survey and interpose of hypertension for countrysides health work now.
