慢性精神分裂症患者家庭照料者负担的探讨

Discussion on the burden of the family caregiver of chronic schizophrenia

目的:调查慢性精神分裂症患者的家庭照料者的负担。方法:采用疾病家庭负担量表(FBS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及自编量表来评估男性慢性精神分裂症患者32例、女性精神分裂症患者28例的家庭照料者的负担。结果:照料者的负担明显,主要包括经济负担、家庭娱乐活动、家庭关系、家庭成员躯体健康、家庭成员心理健康等方面;照料者负担水平与患者的性别明显相关,照料者的焦虑抑郁评分均略高于正常。结论:慢性精神分裂症患者对家庭照料者的影响和负担处于较高水平,应引起社会重视。

Objective：To investigate the burden of the family caregiver of chronic schizophrenia sufferer. Methods：Estimate the burden of the family caregivers of 32 male and 28 female sufferers with Chronic schizophrenia by using Family burden scale of disease（FBS）, Self- rating anxiety scale （SAS）, Self- rating Depression Scale （SDS） and some related questionnaires. Results： The burden of the caregiver is apparent, mainly including the economic burden, family entertainments, and family relationship, physical and mental health of family members. The level of their burden is apparently related to the gender of the sufferer. The caregiver＇s Anxiety and depression scores are all a little above the normal level. Conclusions： The burden of the family earegiver of a chronic schizophrenia sufferer is at a high level, which should be paid attention to by the whole society.
