米氮平与文拉法辛治疗抑郁焦虑障碍共病的对照研究

A Contrast study between Mirtazapine and Venlafaxine in the treatment of Co morbidity of Depression with Anxiety Disorder

目的:比较米氮平与文拉法辛治疗抑郁焦虑障碍共病的疗效及安全性。方法:对符合中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第三版抑郁症诊断标准(CCMD-3)的68例患者,随机分别给予米氮平与文拉法辛治疗,观察6周。应用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和副反应量表(TESS)评估和比较疗效及安全性。结果:米氮平组第4周和第8周的HAMD、HAMA总分及减分率与文拉法辛组差异无显著性(P>0.05),米氮平组的疗效与文拉法辛组相仿(P>0.05)。但米氮平组在改善睡眠和躯体症状方面优于文拉法辛组且显效较快(P<0.05)。米氮平组不良反应较少,但两组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:米氮平治疗抑郁焦虑障碍共病的疗效和不良反应与文拉法辛相当,在改善睡眠和躯体症状方面较优且起效较早。

Objective：To compare with the effieaey and safety of Mirtazapine and Venlafaxine in the treatment of depression and anxiety disorder. Methods ： At the same time, in line with China in line with the classification of mental disorders third edition of the diagnostic criteria and diagnostic criteria for depression （ CCMD - 3 ）, 68 patients were randomly given Mirtazapine and Venlafaxine in the treatment were observed for 6 weeks. Results： Mirtazapine group 4 weeks and 6 weeks of the HAMD, HAMA total seore and the reduction rate with the Venlafaxine group had no signifieant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） , Mirtazapine group efficacy and Venlafaxine Group similar （P 〉 0.05 ）. However, Mirtazapine group in improving sleep and physical symptoms than Venlafaxine group and markedly faster （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Mirtazapine group of fewer adverse reactions, but the two groups no signifieant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： Mirtazapine treatment of depression and anxiety disorder of the efficacy and adverse reactions with Venlafaxine rather, to improve sleep and somatic symptoms better and earlier onset.
