摘要
针对目前环境影响评价中重视工程项目运行期(服务期)对环境的影响分析、预测、评价,而忽视建设项目施工期环境影响评价的情况,本文介绍了建设项目施工期环境影响评价的工作程序,并着重对施工期的水、气、噪声、固体废物、生态环境等方面的环境影响评价进行论述。
In view of the situation that the people generally devote much attention to the environmental impact assessment in running period than in constructing period for construction project.This paper introduces the working routine of environmental impact assessment in constructing period, and also discusses the environmental impact assessment emphatically on water, air, noise, soild waste , ecological environment in the constructing period.
