The development of winter tour is a major step to optimize Xinjiang touring economic structure, and also the promotion of touring level. Looking from the trend of development, more and more people are demanding winter tour products ; looking from the resources talent, developing winter traveling has many advantages; looking from present developing situation, speeding up the winter tourism product development is to promote Xinjiang traveling competitive power, the key point of Xinjiang. This article analyzes the present situation of Xinjiang winter traveling development and the existing problems, and proposes some countermeasures of how to develop Xinjiang winter tour resources , which will push forward Xinjiang winter tour development.
