该文通过对学术期刊"本位"的考量,指出"核心期刊"理论在我国出现了严重的异化,扰乱了学术秩序,限制了学术的健康发展。在当前学术评价体系下,如何从"核心"回归学术,是学术期刊发展面临的重要课题,作者对此作了深入思考。

The paper, through the evaluation of the ＂self departmentalism＇＂ ot the core perlochcals, points out that the theory of ＂core periodicals＂ demonstrate severe alienation in our country, which disturbs academic order, restricts the healthy development of academy. Under the current academic evaluation system, how to return academy from the ＂core＂ is an important project facing the development of periodicals. The author has made a profound consideration about the problem.
