摘要
以季戊四醇(PER)、三氯氧磷(POC)等为原料合成了季戊四醇双磷酸酯二磷酰氯(PDD),再与二乙胺(DEA)反应合成了"三位一体"膨胀型阻燃剂季戊四醇双磷酸酯二乙胺盐(PDDEA),并用红外光谱对其进行了表征。研究表明,PDDEA的最佳合成条件为nPDD:nDEA=1:3.5~1:4,反应温度为323K、反应时间为1h,产率可达79%。PDDEA是一种"三位一体"膨胀型阻燃剂(IFR),在抗静电阻燃材料领域具有潜在的应用价值。
Pentaerythritol diphosphate of diethylamine (PDDEA) is synthesized with diethylamine and pentaerythritol diphosphate of dichloride (PDD),which has been synthesized with pentaerythritol (PER) and phosphprus oxychloride (POC). FTIR spectra of PDD and PDDEA are introduced to determine the structure of products. The results show that the optimal condition of PDDEA reaction is nPDD:nDEA=1:3.5-1:4, the reaction temperature about 323 K and the reaction time about 1 h. The yield of PDDEA is 79%. As a green flame retardant without bromine,PDDEA shows a potential application in the anti-static intumescent flame retardant(IFR).
