粒子增强渗透蒸发支撑膜的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文对无机粒子填充的PAN渗透蒸发支撑膜进行了初步的研究,考察了不同粒子对水和乙醇的选择性,及其对PAN膜通量的影响,并讨论了不同添加量及膜成形工艺对通量的影响。结果表明,氧化物类无机粒子对水和乙醇无选择性,炭粉对乙醇具有较好的选择性。PAN膜的通量随无机粒子填充量的增加呈下降的趋势,但在30%以下下降的幅度较慢,凝固浴用水可获得较大的通量。这样的膜具有较好的耐热性,当80℃烘3h后,通量仍能保持60%-70%。 The inorganic particle-enforced PAN supported membrane was studied in this paper. The selectivity of different particles on water and alcohol and their effluence on PAM membrane flux as well as the effluence of different additive quantity and membrane-forming techniques on membrane flux were invetigated. The results showed that inorganic particles have no selection on water and alcohol but the carbon powder has better selectivity on alcohol. Additionally, the flux of PAN membrane decreases with increasing particle additive quantity but the decreasing rates lowers down when the additive content arrives at 30%. Besides, the large flux of the membrane can be gotten when water is used as the solidification agent. As a result, these membranes show good heat-resistant, their flux can keep within about 60%-70% even after being dried at 80℃ for 3 hours.
