摘要
本文研究了用超滤膜方法浓缩新型苏云金杆菌杀虫剂,简称“新型Bt”,并对几种不同材料的超滤膜的污染程度以及污染后膜的最佳清洗方法作了初步实验,结果表明:采用P(进)=0.15MPa,P(出)=0.05MPa,操作条件效果比较好,反洗方法简单易行,能达到最佳清洗效果。而在工业化生产中,采用膜器件进出口互换的运行方法,可得到较高平均通量。
This paper deals with a method that the new Bacillus thuringiensis pesticide was concentration by ultrafiltration (UF) membrane and the prelimary experiments on fouling degree of UF membrane with different materials and cleaning methods are done. The results showed that P(in)=0.15Mpa, P(out)=0.05Mpa is a good operation condition and back-wash is a easy and simple method for cleaning membrane. In industry production, it is suggested that the operation method that inlet and outlet of the module are exchanged each other can acquire higher average flux.
