深圳口岸红外热成像体温监测结果分析 被引量:5

Surveillance of Forehead Temperature by Thermal Infrared Temperature Detection System among Entry Personnel at Shenzhen Ports

摘要 〔目的〕了解深圳口岸入境发热旅客检出及医学排查情况,为提高传染病检出率,制定相应的防治措施提供理论依据。〔方法〕2008年1—12月选择深圳罗湖、福田和深圳湾3个口岸的入境旅客,经红外热成像体温监测仪监测体温,水银温度计确认可疑发热旅客,对发热旅客的流行病学特征、医学检查等医学排查,检疫处理情况进行分析。〔结果〕共监测入境旅客61839705人,红外体温监测仪报警人数4592人,报警率为7.43/10万;检出发热旅客1205人,发热旅客检出率为1.95/10万,发热旅客以深、港2地居民为主,占96.35%;时间分布以5—8月为高峰;年龄以3岁以下及18岁以上2个年龄段者居多,共占发热总人数的75.27%。医学排查以鼻/咽试子等非创伤性检查为主,占48.64%。发现法定传染病27例,其中14例流感为国际间监测传染病,1例开放性肺结核为国家法定传染病中的乙类传染病,亦为《中华人民共和国国境卫生检疫法》规定的禁止入境的疾病之一。98.51%的旅客经现场排查后放行。〔结论〕虽然红外热成像体温监测系统能快速有效地监测口岸传染病疫情,但是,深圳口岸传染病预防控制的形势依然严峻。应进一步加强对出入境人员的红外热成像体温监测工作,提高传染病的检出率,有效防止传染病经口岸传入传出,确保国门安全。 Objective To study on surveillance of forehead temperature among entry personnel and its laboratory result and medical examination, to improve the positive rate of infectious diseases and frame of reference of prevention. Method The epidemiology, laboratory result and medical examination of suspect passenger among entry personnel from January to December in 2008 were analyzed. Result The total detection rate of thermal infrared temperature detection system was 7.43/10s and the total accuracy rate of it was 1.95/105. The fevers in entry personnel were mainly from HK and mainland of China, about 96.35%, there was a peak between May and August and in which 75.27% of age were below 3 years old and above 18 years old. Medical examination was ravage mainly from pharynx sample, about 48.64%. 27 eases of legal infectious diseases were detected and in which one case was open lung tuberculosis which was belonged to the second type according to Law of the PRC on the Prevention and Treatment of Infectious Diseases and also one of the diseases prohibited according to the Frontier Health and Quarantine Law of the People' s Republic of China. Conclusion The thermal infrared temperature detection system can effectively monitor the epidemic situation. But the prevalence of infectious diseases is still severe. Surveillance of forehead temperature by thermal infrared temperature detection system among entry personnel at Shenzhen ports should be strengthened so as to improve the detection rate for the health of the people.
