摘要
〔目的〕掌握浙江各口岸(宁波口岸除外)蝇类的本底情况,为制定有效的媒介生物防制措施和控制口岸虫媒传染病的发生提供科学依据。〔方法〕2007年1-12月采用诱蝇笼诱捕法对浙江6个口岸蝇类的种群结构、密度和季节消长情况进行了调查。〔结果〕共捕获蝇类113073只,经种类鉴定,隶属于7科18属27种。蝇类平均密度为87.65只/笼.天,其中大头金蝇为优势种,占捕获总数的59.77%;其次是家蝇(舍蝇)和丝光绿蝇,分别占11.19%和9.55%。浙江口岸蝇类活动高峰期为7-10月,以9月为最高,密度为176.01只/笼.天。蝇类携带霍乱孤菌检测结果全部为阴性。〔结论〕此次调查取得浙江各口岸蝇类的本底资料,为采取综合防制措施和进一步开展虫媒传染病监测提供了依据。
Objective To understand the situation of the population composition,density,and seasonal growth and decline of flies at Zhejiang ports(except Ningbo), and to provide scientific basis for control of flies and prevention transmission of the frontier insect-borne infectious diseases. Method The lure-box method was used in the background survey of flies at six ports of Zhejiang from Jan. to Dec. 2007. Result 113 073 flies were collected and the average density was 87.65 flies per cage.They were identified as 27 species,18 geneva and 7 families.Chrysomya rnegacephala Fabricius was the dominant species, accounting for 59.77%, Musca dornestica Linnaeus and Lucillia sericata Meigen were less than Chrysomga megaeephala, accounting for 11.19% and 9.55% respectively.There was the peak of fly activity from July to October, and the highest density of 176.01 flies per cage was in September.All samples of cholera pathogen were tested negative. Conclusion The investigation obtains the baseline information about the flies at Zhejiang Ports, which provides the basis for synthetical fly control measures and further surveillance of insect-borne infectious disease.
