摘要
自从发现人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)以来,人们就一直在想办法检测HIV,作为实验室诊断HIV感染的一个重要依据。随着分子生物学技术、生物芯片和生物传感技术的飞速发展,HIV的实验室检测技术也正发生着日新月异的变化,HIV的实验室诊断方法取得了很大的进展。为此,对HIV抗体/抗原检测方法,核酸检测,基因芯片技术,免疫功能检查,HIV耐药性检测的研究进展及发展趋势进行了综述。
Objective From discovered the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), people have been trying to HIV testing laboratory diagnosis, as an important basis of HIV infection. With the molecular biology technology, biological chip and biological sensing technology rapid development, the laboratory testing technology of HIV are changing, laboratory diagnosis method of HIV has made great progress. The present paper describes the HIV/antigen detection methods, nucleic acid test, "gene chip" technology, immune function, the research progress of HIV drug testing and the development trend.
