根尖周病空管药物疗法的疗效观察

The Efficacy of Drug Therapy by Empty Root Canal with Metronidazole and Spiramycin Paste

目的探讨根尖周病空管药物疗法的治疗效果。方法选择根尖周病患者322例412个患牙,随机分成3组:拔髓扩锉组,拔髓不扩锉组和不拔髓不扩锉组,分别采用甲硝唑螺旋霉素糊剂对根尖周病的患者进行空管疗法,进行3年的临床观察,评价疗效。结果拔髓扩锉组与拔髓不扩锉组的治愈率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不拔髓不扩锉组的治愈率明显低于拔髓扩锉组与拔髓不扩锉组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲硝唑螺旋霉素糊剂空管药物疗法可取得较为满意的临床治疗效果。

Objective To study the treatment of periapical diseases by empty root canal. Methods Choice of 322 cases of Periapical diseases, treat these cases with Metronidazole and Spiramycin Paste by empty root canal, Efficacy evaluation of clinical observation through three years. Results Pull out pulp expansion and file the pith dont enlarge file group cure rate was not significant difference （P 〉0.05） , dont pull not enlargement of the group file pith significantly lower rate and pulled out pulp enlarge file does not file group, the difference was obvious （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The treatment of periapical diseases by empty root canal with Metronidazole and Spiramycin Paste can be more satisfiedwith the results of clinical treatment.
