社会转型期成人公民教育的必要性

随着我国经济和社会的发展,对公民参与社会生活和政治生活的素质要求越来越高,现阶段我国实施成人公民教育显得尤为重要。我国社会普遍存在公民意识淡漠、参与能力较低等问题,因此,成人教育必须超越学历主义倾向,在成人教育中进行知识的创新和制度的创新,建构一种引导成年人成为一个有价值的公民的成人教育理念和实践形式。

The economic and social development has required our citizen to participate more in social and political life. However, there are emerging problems, such as indifferent citizenship awareness and limited participating skill etc. In the period of social transformation, citizenship education is regarded as an important component of adult education, therefore it is an urgent need to reform and construct a new system for our adult education.
