摘要 高校教学督导是保证高校教学质量及教学管理工作科学化、规范化和严格化的需要,对高校教学督导制度建设起支撑作用的主要理论包括非平衡系统自组织理论、反馈控制理论和激励理论。 The instructional supervision refers to one kind of management in the college which supervises, inspects, conducts and assesses the total movement condition of the school teaching in the entire journey based on the needs of guaranteeing the school quality of teaching as well as scientific, standardized and stringent to the teaching supervisory work. The article has made the introduction to several important theory supports in the construction of instructional supervision system non-balanced system from the organization theory, the reaction control theory, the drive theory.
