人工肝治疗慢性重型肝炎的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Artificial Liver Support System in Treating Patients with Chronic Severe Hepatitis

目的探讨人工肝支持治疗对慢性重型肝炎患者的临床效果及安全性。方法168例早、中、晚期慢性重型肝炎患者在综合治疗基础上给予人工肝支持治疗,观察人工肝支持治疗前后患者肝功能及临床症状的改善情况。结果168例慢性重型肝炎患者进行人工肝支持治疗后,患者的肝功能及临床症状有明显改善。治疗后早期患者有效率93.3%,中、晚期慢性重型肝炎的存活率分别为60.8%、10.8%。结论人工肝对慢性重型肝炎患者的治疗表明,对肝功能有肯定的支持作用,不良反应轻,尤其对早、中期患者治疗效果更好。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of artificial liver support system in treating patients with chronic severe hepatitis and the safety. Methods Artificial liver support system was provided to 168 cases with early, medium-term or late chronic severe hepatitis besides routine general treatment, and the liver function and the improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment were observed. Result After treatment,the liver function and clinical symptoms of all the 168 cases were obviously improved; the effective rate of the patients with early severe hepatitis after treatment was 93. 3% ,the survival rates of the patients with medium - term or late chronic severe hepatitis were 68.4% and 6. 6% respectively. Conclusions Artificial liver support system is of positive effect for liver function, espeeially for patients with early and medium - term chronic severe hepatitis, with light side - effect.
