米非司酮配伍米索前列醇在稽留流产中的应用

The Compatibility of Mifepristone and Misoprastol Applied in Missed Abortion

目的观察米非司酮配伍米索前列醇在稽留流产中的应用效果。方法试验组120例患者应用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗:第一天和第二天给予米非司酮片75mg,第三天给予米索前列醇片600ug,待阴道流血开始行手术。对照组120例直接行手术。比较两组的疗效。结果两组手术时间、术中、术后出血量及人流综合征发生情况比较,差异均有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮配伍米索前列醇应用于稽留流产是一种安全、有效的方法。

Objective To observe the effect of the compatibility of mifepristone and misoprastol applied in missed abortion. Methods 120 cases in experiment group were treated with the compatibility of mifepristone and misoprastol： 75mg of mifepristone per day was given on the first and second day and 600ug of misoprastol was given on the third day, and operations were performed when vaginal bleeding occurred; 120 cases in control group were operated on directly; the curative effects in the 2groups were compared. Result There existed an obvious difference in operative time, bleeding volum in and after operation and the occurrence of induced abortion syndrome between the 2 groups, the difference was significant （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusions It is safe and effective to apply the compatibility of mifepristone and misoprastol in missed abortion.
