摘要 目的探讨系统化健康教育对肝癌患者化疗焦虑情绪及术后不良反应的影响。方法首次行肝动脉栓塞化疗的肝癌患者100例,随机分为实验组50例,进行系统化健康教育;对照组50例,进行常规健康教育;比较两组患者术前、术后的焦虑情况及术后并发症的发生率。结果实验组术前术后焦虑程度明显低于对照组,术后疼痛程度较对照组明显减轻。结论系统化健康教育可以改善首次行肝动脉栓塞化疗肝癌患者的焦虑程度,减轻术后疼痛程度,提高患者继续化疗的依从性。 Objective To discuss the intervention effect of systematic health education on anxiety and adverse reaction after chemotherapy in patients with hepatic cancer. Methods 100 cases with hepatic cancer,who received hepatic arterial chemoembolization for the first time, were randomly divided into 2 groups: experiment group ( n = 50 ) and control group ( n = 50) ; systematic health education was performed in experiment group while routine health education in control group; the anxiety before and after operation and the occurrence of complications after operation in the 2 groups were compared. Result The anxiety degree in experiment group before and after operation was much lower than that in control group,the pain after operation in experiment group was obviously slighter than that in control group. Conclusions Systematic health education can improve the anxiety of the patients with hepatic cancer after the first hepatic arterial chemoembolization, reduce the pain after operation and raise the compliance of the patients to keep on chemotherapy.
