Currency substitution is an unique currency disturbance in openning up economies, which can cause great impact on the macro-economy. Under the background of more and more openning up nowadays, it is of certain practical importance to analyze currency substitution in China especially from the perspective of effects on exchange rates, actively put forward strategies to stop currency substitution and adjust policies on exchange rates, and reduce negative effects of currency substitution.
