浅谈土地利用规划管理信息系统的生命力提升

土地利用规划管理信息系统是为辅助土地管理工作而研制的专业系统,是一个综合多种应用需求的复合系统。本文旨在研究如何有效提升该系统的生命力,使之更好地为土地利用规划管理工作服务。文章从界定信息系统的生命力入手,通过分析梳理提升系统生命力的方法和思路,总结得出只有系统规划设计周密、软件开发建设规范、数据充实完善到位,系统才可能得到充分使用,系统的生命力才能不断得到优化提升。文章对土地利用规划管理信息系统的工作运行模式选择、技术和软件平台选择、数据存储与管理模式选择等系统开发建设关键环节进行了剖析,最后提出建设与使用该系统的注意事项。

Land-use planning management information system （LP-MIS） is a professional system that is developed to support the work of land management, and it is a composite system that can integrate multi-application requirements. In this article, we studied how to promote the vitality of the system validly, so that we can make it better to service the management of land-use planning. Based on scoping the vitality of management information system （MIS） , this article rationalized the methods and ideas to promote the vitality of the system, then we concluded that it is only to have a careful designing and planning of the system, a standard to develop the software, and an enrich and perfect data, and then we can promote the vitality to the system continually. Then, the article discussed some key link about the LP-MIS, such as the choice of modes, technology and software platform, storage and management the data and so on. At the end of the article, it post some attentions to constructing and using the system.
