为坚持实行最严格的耕地保护制度,坚守18亿亩耕地红线,本文介绍如何利用信息化手段建立土地整理复垦开发项目信息管理系统,实现对土地整理复垦项目的动态监管和耕地占补平衡管理,确保耕地保护任务完成。
In order to insist the most strict cahivated-land-protect system, keep the ealtivated-land red line for 120 million hectares, this article advises how to set up land consolidation and reclamation project information manangement system by informatization, how to realize the dynamic monitoring to land consolidation and reclamation projects and cultivated-land requisition-compensation balance manangement, to ensure the mission of caltivated-land protection.
