后发地区工程伦理建设中面临的几个问题

工程伦理是一门实践性强、要素多、关系复杂、专业性突出的伦理学分支。在后发地区,工程建设的数量越来越多,规模越来越大,技术因素日益复杂,新门类不断涌现,但作为规范工程建设的伦理道德却显得十分羸弱,表现出弱化、边缘化、差异化、非持续化以及模糊化等特点。这对工程伦理建设提出诸多难题,但又是必须正视的问题。

Engineering Ethics is a branch subject of Ethnics ; it is distinguishing for practicalness, multipleelements, complex-relationship and professional. At late-developing area, though the construction projects enlarged at both number and scale aspects, and the technique element become more and more complex, however, the engineering ethics for regulating construction projects still very backward. It is still represents with weakness, marginalization, differentiation, non-sustainable and vagueness. Those characters are puzzles for engineering ethics and should been paid great attention for them.
