由阳宗海事件引发的化学工程伦理思考

Reflections on the Yangzonghai Lake Event and the Chemical Projects Ethics

"滇中明珠"阳宗海被报道受到严重的砷污染,成为继"三鹿"事件之后又一倍受关注的热点事件。笔者通过对阳宗海事件相关职能部门、企业技术人员、企业职工、阳宗海附近的居民等相关利益主体的实地考察,对阳宗海事件进行了伦理反思,依据工程伦理的基本准则,针对化学工程伦理的自身特点,从化学工程中工程师个体层面、政府职能部门层面和公众层面探讨了在化学工程建设及生产中不同利益主体应有的责任伦理道德以及相应的合理约束机制。

The Yangzonghai Lake was reported to have been severely polluted with As, which became another hot issue after the Sanlu Milk Powder event. The enterprise technicians, workers, and even people living by the lake began to think about the seriousness of the event. As a result, all the parties involved, such as the chemical engineers, government officials and the even the public in general, have been awakened to get concerned about the ethical values and measures taken regarding the chemical construction project.
