摘要
本文研究了用气相色谱电子捕获检测器测定水和气体样品中二硫化碳的方法。本方法采取顶空进样法测水质样品,直接进样测气体样品。色谱柱为GDX—101填充柱。方法简单,灵敏度高,水质样品最低检出浓度可达00005mg/L,气体样品最低检出浓度达0005mg/m3。方法的精密度为57%,回收率为903%。
This article studied the method of determinating the sulfur dioxide in water and air samples by gas chromatographic detector.The method determinates the water samples with head space sampling,and determinates the air samples with derectly sampling.The chromatographic column used in this method is the type of GDX 101.So,the method has high senstiveness;the lowest limit of detection in water and air samples is 0 0005 mg/L and 0 005mg/m 3,respectively.The degree of precision and recovery rate of this method is 5 7% and 90 3%,respectively.
