摘要
为了对广泛用于高压系统(HV)灭弧断路器的SF6气体浓度进行实时监测,设计并实现了SF6气体浓度监测系统.阐述了超声波测量气体密度的原理.根据模块化设计思想,采用了CPLD和单片机实现了高精度、宽量程SF6气体浓度测量,并集成了湿度、温度、氧浓度和气压等参数的测量功能.实践证明该系统运行可靠,工作稳定,有效提高了测量精度.
To detect the conce voltage (HV) system widely, the ntration of SF6 timely, which is used for arc control breaker in the high- SF6 concentration measurement system has been designed and implemen- ted. The principle of ultrasonic measurement for gas concentration is described. The CPLD and MCU are designed for detecting SF6 concentration in high-resolution and high-rangeability, and for collecting relative humidity (HR), temperature, oxygen concentration and air pressure. Practice indicates that the system has good performances such as high reliability, stability, high frequeney and precision.
