山地生态安全及其评价方法

The ecological security and its assessing method in mountainous region

生态安全是国家安全的重要内容,山地生态安全是生态安全的重要组成之一。当前,人类在开发山地时破坏了山地生态系统,导致山地环境退化,不仅影响着山区人民的生存和发展,也对平原和低地构成了威胁,严重制约着山地的可持续发展。因此,分析和评价山地生态安全具有重要理论和实际意义。通过总结国内外关于生态安全及山地生态安全的研究成果,阐述了山地生态安全的基本概念和特征,分析了山地生态安全的评价体系,提出了山地生态安全的评价方法。

Ecological security is the most important part of nation＇s security, especially in mountainous region. Now, human beings have destroyed the ecological system of mountainous region, which caused the degeneration of mountainous region. It not only affected the surviving of peoples in mountainous areas, but also threatened to the security of lower land, which seriously limited the sustainable development of mountainous region. Therefore, it is significant to analyze and assess the ecological security in mountainous region. This article summarized the progress of ecological security from domestic and overseas papers, addressed the definition and characteristics of the ecological security in mountainous region, analyzed its assessing system, and at last, put forward its assessing methods.
