水资源承载力研究进展与展望

Some advances in study on water resource carrying capacity

回顾了水资源承载力的研究,指出了其主要的概念并对其研究的一些主要内容总结为:水资源承载力的理论研究、度量与计算研究、评价指标体系及其方法研究、应用研究和提高水资源承载力的途径研究。最后提出了水资源承载力当前的一些研究拓展和将来的发展趋势,包括枯水资源承载力的研究、水资源同其他资源空间配置的共同承载力的研究、水资源承载力动态演变的研究、生态需水量的研究及水资源承载力新方法、新技术引入的研究,以推动水资源承载力的进一步发展。

The paper reviews some researches of water resource carrying capacity, points out its main concepts and summa- rizes its main content as flows： the theoretical research, measurement and calculation research, evaluation indexes and its methods research, application research and its improving measures research. Finally, the paper puts forward some expanding researches and development trends in the future, such as low-flow resource carrying capacity research, the carrying capacity of water resource in combination with other resources research, the research of water resource carrying capacity＇s revolution, the research of eco-environmental water demand and the research of new methodology and new technique, in the hope of promoting the further development of water resource carrying capacity.
