摘要
水质分析中测定水中总氮时,实验的精确度受到很多因素的影响。分别从配制碱性过硫酸钾的不同方法、消解时间及温度、冷却方式、实验用水、比色管的清洁等方面进行研究,从而提高实验的精确度。
A lot of the experimental conditions affect the accuracy when determine total nitrogen by water quality analysis. This article from the different preparations of alkaline potassium persulfate,the time and tempretrue of digestion,the methods of cooling, the experimental water, cleanliness of color control and so on, in order to improve the accuracy of this experiment.
