摘要
在实验室条件下,进行了海湾扇贝自身污染的研究。在海湾扇贝生长的生态过程中,出现了来源于自身新陈代谢产物的有机和无机氮污染,即自身污染。导致pH和DO的降低,COD和BOD的增加,以及病原生物弧菌的大量繁殖。海湾扇贝自身污染相关生态因子的40d半致死浓度(LC50)分别是:pH的LC50为7.6;DO的LC50为37mg/L;TOC的LC50为6.2mg/L;NO2-N的LC50为855.79μg/L;NO3--N的LC50为649.1μg/L;NH4--N的LC50为350.8μg/L;弧菌的LC50为146.6×103个/ml。
The self-pollution experiment of Bay Scallop has been studied in the laboratory. Theorganic pollution and inorganic nitrogen pollution were occured because of the product from themetastatic process of the Bay Scallop, called the self-pollution. It can decrease pH and DO, increase the COD and BOD, accelerate the vibrio reproduce. The 40 days half lethal concentration(LC50 ) of the ecological factors in the self-pollution process for have Bay Scallop been estimated,pH LC50 = 35. 8 μ/L; vibrio LC50 = 146. 6 ×103 ind/ml.
