摘要
运用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对温州市普通高校公共体育教师流失现状进行调查分析。通过调查发现,温州普通高校公共体育教师流失呈现出多人次、骨干化、年轻化的特征。针对性提出待遇留人、感情留人、事业留人、提供培训机会、做好招聘工作等措施,使教师更好的服务教育事业。
By adoption of literature study, interview, questionnaire and statistical analysis ways.lnvestigat and analysis current situation of common P.E.human resource colleges in Wen Zhou.As a result of run off, the characteristic is lots teachers,capable teachers ,young teachers.The strategy is satisfy teachers requirement by materials,feeling achievement,training and invite applications for a lob.
