摘要
本文把液垫式冲击锤撞击过程化为有阻尼的自由振动,求得撞击过程的动力响应,并与实测值一致。研究还表明,通过调节液垫结构参数使液垫冲击系统有理想的冲击脉冲,使锤杆中的应力水平降低、跃迁平稳、持续时间延长,将多的冲击能量传给桩柱或岩石,为研究与设计液垫式冲击锤提供了分析方法。
This paper s'mplifles the impact process of the liquid cushion hammer as a free-damped Vibration and gives the dynamic response to the impact process. The is consistent with the measured one The study Shows that we can response obtain the ideal impact pulse of the liquid cushion system, lower the stress level in the hammer rad, gain the smooth and long transition, and make a large amount of impact energy transmmitted to the stake or rock by adjusting the structure parameters of the liquid cushion. The analysis method for studing and designing liquid cushion hammer is provided in the paper.
