不育症中医证候学特征述评

Inferitility of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Symptom Featurs

通过查阅清华同方数据库经计算机检索方法收集(其中部分经广西中医学院图书馆馆藏资料手工检索)查阅相关资料及专著。检索词"男性不育、中医、证候",限定文章语言种类为中文。对资料进行初审,选取包括上述关键词的文献,然后筛除单纯中医证型研究及单纯西医临床研究文献,对剩余的文献开始查找全文。收集到101篇原始文献,有40篇与男性不育症中医证候学研究进展相关。再次排除12篇单纯中医证型研究及12篇单纯西医临床试验研究,共有16篇文献符合标准,进入综述。

traditional Chinese theory is mainly determination of treatment based of in pathogenesis obtained through differention of syptoms and signs,which is charactristic of mttlti-strata, muhi-link and multi-target.As to the development of male infertility（MI）,it has great advantages in prevention and treatment. However,many dissentions exsit in researchs on sydrome of IM,and the types of sydrome are hard to be classificated. The aim of this article is to review its status quo.Data sources： Tsinghua Tongfang database was searched with computer for relevant Chinese data and monographs between 1998-06 and 2008-03 with the key words of ＂Male infertility, Traditional Chinese medicine, the syndrome＂ .Meanwhile relevant data were searched manually in the library of Guangxi traditional Chinese medicine college. Study Selection： data were checked in the first trial,and relevant literatures were selected,while researches of simple traditional Chinese syndrome types and literatures about simple western clinical researches were exclued.Rest articles were looked for the full text.Data extraction： a total of 101 primary literatures were collected,including 40 researches on traditional chinese syndrome of MI .another 12 research about simple traditional chinese syndrome and 12 studies related with simple western clinical experiment were exclued.A total of 16 articles were in accordance with the inclusion criteria and were reviewed.Data
