黄芪建中汤加味治疗慢性胃炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of"Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction Plus" in Treatment Patients with Chronic Gastritis

目的:观察黄芪建中汤加减治疗慢性胃炎的疗效。方法:选择脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者124例,随机分为两组,治疗组予黄芪建中汤加减治疗,对照组子雷贝拉唑治疗,两组均治疗8周,停药半个月后观察。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.6%。对照组总有效率为82%,两组总有效率比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪建中汤加减治疗虚寒型慢性胃炎疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of ＂Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction Plus＂ in the treatment of chronic gastritis. Method： 124 cases with chronic gast-ritis were divided randomly into two groups, the therapeutic group were treated by ＂Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction Plus＂ , the control group were treated by ＂Rabeprazole＂, with a course of 8 weeks, observe the result after stopping the treatment for half of a month.Result ： The total effect rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group（93.6% VS 82.0%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： The curative effect of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction Plus in treating chronic gastritis, is prominent.
