摘要 目的:研究β-环糊精(β-CD)包合丁香油的最佳工艺。方法:采用高效液相色谱法、正交试验法、饱和水溶液法对β-CD包合丁香油的工艺进行研究,以包合物收得率,包合率作为指标,确定最佳包合工艺。结果:β-CD包合丁香油的最佳工艺为丁香油:β-CD(mL:g)为1:8,包合温度为60℃,包合时间为2h。结论:采用高效液相色谱法、正交试验法能准确确立β-CD包合丁香油的最佳工艺。 : Objective: To study the optimized technology of clathration for the volatile oil of Flos caryophylli with β -cyclodextrin( β -CD).Methods : HPLC .Orthogonal experiment, saturated water-solution were used for studying on the best clathration technology of clove oil with β-CD; the yield of clathrate,the module of clathration were used as index to definite the optimized technology of clathration.Result : The best condition of the optimized technology of clathration for the volatile oil of Flos caryophylli with β -CD were as follow: the volatile oil of Flos caryophylli: β-CD (mL:g)=1:8; clathration temperature: 60℃ ; clathration time: 2h. Conclusions : The optimized technology of clathration for the volatile oil of Flos caryophylli with 13 - CD is accurate established with HPLC and Orthogonal experiment used.
