摘要
目的:研究优化活血利水方对自体髓核移植致大鼠非压迫腰椎间盘突出神经根性疼痛模型的影响。方法:小鼠36只,随机分为对照组、中药组、阿斯匹林组,分别灌胃给生理盐水、中药汤剂、阿斯匹林溶液,连续用药5天后,测定各鼠的醋酸致扭体次数。另取小鼠36只,同样方法(分组、给药)测定二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀度的影响。取40只SD大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、中药组、阿斯匹林组,建立大鼠自体髓核移植致腰5神经根性痛模型,造模后1周起各组每天分别灌胃予生理盐水、生理盐水、中药汤剂、阿斯匹林,连续用药4周。于术前1天、术后3天、术后1、2、3、4、5周时测大鼠左后肢机械刺激痛阈值。结果:优化活血利水方显著减少醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应的次数,减轻二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀的程度。明显提高大鼠左后肢机械刺激痛阈值。结论:优化活血利水方对于自体髓核移植致大鼠非压迫腰椎间盘突出神经根性疼痛模型具有显著的抗炎镇痛作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects induced by Huoxue Lishui Fang on Non - compressive model study of experimental lumbar nucleus pulposus prolapse breeding nerve root pain in rats by transplantation of autologous nucleus pulposus.Methods: 36 mice were chosen. The mice were divided into the control group, the Chinese medicines group and the aspirin group . NS, Decoction of Chinese medicine and aspirin were given separately once a day. After continuous medication for 5 days,writhing number of the mice induced by acetic acid was tested. Another 36 mice were taken and swelling degree of mouse ear induced by xylene was tested in the same way (groups, drug delivery).40 SD(Sprague - dawley) rats were chosen. They were randomly divided into the control group,model group,the Chinese medicines group and the aspirin group.L5 nerve root pain model induced by transplantation of autologous nucleus pulposus in rats was built. A week later, NS , Decoction of Chinese medicine and aspirin were given orally to groups separately once a day,with medication for 4 weeks in a row. 1 day before the surgical operation ,the 3rd day and from week 1 to week 5 after the surgical operation, test of rats' left hind mechanical stimulation pain threshold was made.Results: Optimized Huoxue Lishui Fang significantly reduced the writhing number of the mice induced by acetic acid ,meanwhile alleviate swelling degree of mouse ear induced by xylene.It improved the rats' left hind mechanical stimulation pain threshold significantly.Conclusion: Optimized Huoxue Lishui Fang has significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect to Non - compressive model study of experimental lumbar nucleus pulposus prolapse breeding nerve root pain in rats by transplantation of autologous nucleus pulposus.
