富碘中药复方对甲亢大鼠甲状腺功能和形态的影响

Effect of Iodine-rich Chinese Herbal Compound on the Thyroid Function and Morphology in Hyperthyroidism Wistar Rats

目的:观察富碘中药复方海藻玉壶汤对甲亢动物甲状腺功能和形态的影响,探求海藻玉壶汤治疗甲亢的机理。方法:选用普通级健康Wistar大鼠60只,雌雄各半,随机分为正常组12只,正常饲养;其余48只大鼠参照邝安堃甲状腺素片饲服的方法制备成甲亢大鼠腜停婊治?4组:模型对照组、海藻玉壶汤组、海藻玉壶汤去富碘中药组、他巴唑组。14天后测定血清总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT3)、血清总甲状腺素(TT4),并观察光镜下甲状腺形态。结果:①血清TT3:海藻玉壶汤组高于正常对照组,低于模型对照组,低于海藻玉壶汤去富碘中药组,P<0.01,高于他巴唑组,P>0.05。海藻玉壶汤去富碘中药组高于模型组,P<0.05。②血清TT4:海藻玉壶汤组高于正常对照组,P<0.05,低于模型对照组和海藻玉壶汤去富碘中药组,P均<0.05,高于他巴唑组,P>0.05。海藻玉壶汤去富碘中药组高于模型组,P>0.05。③在甲状腺形态方面,治疗组均可使甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞高度、滤泡腔面积方面有不同程度的改善,以海藻玉壶汤组明显,但仍未恢复正常。结论:富碘中药复方海藻玉壶汤可以较好地改善甲亢大鼠甲状腺的功能和形态,从而推测富碘中药复方在甲状腺功能亢进机体中起着重要的作用。

Objective： To observe the effect of Iodine-rich Chinese herbal compound （ Haizao Yuhu Decoction ）on thyroid function and morphology in hyperthyroidism Wistar rats due to iodine excess. Methods：Experimental model was made with thyroxine tablets,then the rats were divided randomly into 4 groups： model group,Haizao Yuhu Decoction group,Haizao Yuhu Decoction to remove iodine-rich Chinese medicine group and Methimazole group.Rats were treaded with different treatment programs. 14 days later, serum TF3 and TT4 were measured with RIA, morphology change was observed under microscope.Results： （1） TT3： The value of Haizao Yuhu Decoction group was obviously higher than normal group,lower than model group,lower than Haizao Yuhu Decoction to remove iodine-rich Chinese medicine group,P〈0.01, higher than Methimazole group, P〉0.05.The value of Haizao Yuhu Decoction to remove iodine-rich Chinese medicine group were higher than model group, P〈0.05. （2）TT4：The value of Haizao Yuhu Decoction group was markedly higher than normal group,P〈0.05,1ower than model group and Haizao Yuhu Decoction to remove iodine-rich Chinese medicine group,P〈0.05,higher than Methimazole group,P〉0.05.The value of Haizao Yuhu Decoction to remove iodine-rich Chinese medicine group were higher than model group, P〉0.05. （3） morphology change：Different factors can recover the morphology at different level,Haizao Yuhu Decoction was better than the other two. Conclusion：Iodine-rich Chinese herbal compound （ Haizao Yuhu Decoction ） can improve the thyroid function and morphology in hyperthyroidism Wistar rats due to iodine excess .So we confer that Iodine-rich Chinese herbal compound has played a significant role in hyperthyroidism.
