摘要 本文采用穿孔萃取法,分析了GB/T 17657—1999《人造板及饰面人造板理化性能试验方法》中甲醛释放量测定方法、萃取液甲苯的用量、试件质量以及回流时间对穿孔值的影响。结果表明,分光光度法是高度特异的,选择性很强,干扰小,无需做甲苯空白实验;试件质量对实验结果几乎没有影响;萃取剂甲苯量600mL比较合适;在回流速度30mL/min条件下,回流时间2h左右为宜;试件含水率对实验结果影响很大。 The formaldehyde content determination method for wood-based panels in GB/T 17657-1999 was thoroughly studied in the presented research. The impacting factors to the determination results, such as extractive solution volume, sample weight, circumfiuence time, were investigated. The results showed that the spectrophotometric method was highly exclusive and very stable to the environmental interference, so that testing on the blank toluene sample was not necessary. The sample weight had little influence on the determination results. A proper volume for the extractive solution was 600 mL. A total circumfiuence time of 2 h was adequate when the circumfluence rate was 30 mL/min. The nitial sample moisture content also influenced the determination result a lot
