摘要
目的探讨标准大骨瓣减压联合中草药治疗重型颅脑损伤(GCS≤8分)的疗效。方法将62例严重额颞顶脑挫裂伤合并恶性颅内高压的重型颅脑损伤病人随机分为两组,治疗组35例,采用标准大骨瓣减压联合中药治疗,对照组27例,仅采用标准大骨瓣减压治疗。采用GOS预后评估标准,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组死亡7例(20%);对照组死亡9例(30%)。治疗组死亡率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论标准大骨瓣减压联合中草药治疗重型颅脑损伤有减压充分的优点,同时又发挥了中草药的优势,降低了重型颅脑损伤病人的病死率,提高了好转率,改善了病人的预后,效果显著。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of the combined use of standard large decompressive craniectomy and Chinese herbal medicine on severe brain injury. Methods 62 cases of severe brain injury with temporal-parietal cerebral contusion and malignant intracranial hypertension were randomly divided into the treatment group of 35 cases treated with large deeompressive cranieetomy and Chinese herbal medicine and the contrast group of 27 cases treated with large decompressive craniectomy. Results The prognoses were evaluated with COS and the curative effects in the two groups were compared. Conclusion The combined use of standard large decompressive craniectomy and Chinese herbal medicine can produce good curative effects on severe brain injury.
