摘要
目的探讨高血压性脑出血患者经CT导引穿刺抽吸术后的护理要点。方法对经CT引导下行微创穿刺抽吸术治疗的20例高血压脑出血患者术后做好病情观察,加强各种治疗管道的护理,积极防止各种并发症的发生。结果术后存活18例,死亡2例,获随访18例,按GCS评分:良好15例;中残但生活自理2例;重残意识清醒,但生活不能自理者1例。结论高血压性脑出血经CT导引行微创穿刺抽吸术后精心护理是康复的关键。
Objective To explore the postoperative nursing characteristics of CT-guided needle aspiration of intracranial hematoma in treating hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 20 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were treated with CT-guided needle aspiration and received corresponding nursing care to prevent complications. Results 18 cases survived and two others died postoperatively. 18 cases received follow-up surveys. According to the Glasgow coma score, 15 cases got good recovery, 2 cases were moderately disabled but were able to conduct self-care and 1 case was severely disabled and had good consciousness but had no ability of self-care. Conclusion CT-guided needle aspiration and corresponding nursing measures can produce good curative effects on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
