摘要
目的探讨股骨颈骨折行人工髋关节置换的康复护理对预后的影响。方法对我院1998年1月-2006年1月90例（90髋）股骨颈骨折患者，实施人工髋关节置换术的康复护理方法进行了总结。结果90例患者康复锻炼期间无1例发生并发症，随访87例，均无髋关节脱位发生，无血栓形成，优良率达97．71％。结论术后耐心细致的护理，系统的康复训练指导是保证康复的重要环节。
Objective To explore the effects of rehabilitation nursing after total hip replacement on prognosis in patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods The clinical data of 90 cases of femoral neck fracture treated with total hip replacement from January, 1998 to January, 2006 were reviewed. Results No complications occurred in any cases. 87 cases received follow- up surveys which revealed that no hip disloactions or thromboses were found, with the curative rate being 97.71%. Conclusion Careful postoperative nursing and systematic rehalitation training can help patients recover satisfatorily.
